Rolfing is an active form of bodywork that involves standing, sitting and walking. Wear what feels comfortable to you. Women generally wear a brief style two-piece bathing suit or underwear and bra. Men can wear a brief style bathing suit or underwear. Light cotton sheets are also available for additional comfort.

For CranioSacral Therapy (CST)
Client will be fully clothed during session.

For Tui Na
Client will be fully clothed during session.
